Facilities Manager Job Opportunity

The organization seeks a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities management operations, providing leadership to a team of Property Officers. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively carrying out functions and duties.

Responsibilities:
  • To inspect routine maintenance/improvement works and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
  • To establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with relevant agencies and other contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree qualified in Building/Estate Management/Real Estate/Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in estate management, preferably as an Assistant Property Manager.
