**Teaching and Curriculum Associate Position**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our English departments as a Teaching and Curriculum Associate. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms, and developing instructional materials.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or career-changers who are eager to make a positive impact on student learning. As a Teaching and Curriculum Associate, you will receive training in classroom management and teaching skills while working collaboratively with our team to develop comprehensive instructional materials.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver physical and online lessons in a professional manner and manage students in a classroom setting
  • Review student work and provide in-depth feedback and mark-ups
  • Engage with students and parents to provide advice and guidance, while building trust and rapport
  • Provide curriculum feedback and develop engaging educational content as part of the curriculum team
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A high degree of proficiency with the English language
  • A Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Social Sciences (degrees related to English, English Literature, Linguistics, or Communications are a plus)
  • A strong interest in teaching as a long-term career
  • Effective communication skills, to work as part of a team, and interact with parents and students
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young learners
  • Interest in current trends in English language education, and willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategies
