Educational Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced Educational Content Developer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality educational content that meets the needs of adult learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging interactive courseware using a variety of media types, including video, animation, and other instructional technologies.
- Develop storyboards that bring learning concepts to life and translate them into finished interactive content.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and other key elements.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Perform courseware testing and evaluation based on approved storyboards.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for degrees in instructional design, education, or related fields.
- Post-graduate qualification in education or instructional design is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design and/or training.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent visual design sense and ability to translate complex information into visuals.
- Good knowledge of authoring tools, usability, and functionality testing methods.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to work as part of a team.
