Job Title: Technical Services Specialist

Job Description:

Glamco Aviation is a leading solutions provider for the Aerospace, Commercial, Air & Maritime Traffic Management and Defence & Security industries. We represent Systems OEMs worldwide, providing services such as program/project management, system engineering, and maintenance support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing daily onsite or remote technical support (1st line and 2nd level) on CUAS, drone systems, computer systems, communication equipment, radar or radio frequency equipment, networking, hardware, and software systems.
  • Responding promptly to faults/activations raised by clients, including troubleshooting and recovery.
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance (Preventive and Corrective) of systems assigned by the Customer Support Lead/Project Managers, including maintaining all relevant written records.
  • Executing project-related activities such as deployment, installation, configuration, testing of systems to support the project.
  • Performing CUAS and UAS testing and operations.
  • Identifying, planning, and initiating required actions to maintain systems for long-term reliability, operational efficiency, and improve maintainability.
  • Developing technical specifications for equipment services, system services, contract labor, and ad-hoc maintenance services. Supervising and reporting performance of contractors to ensure good quality and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications.
  • Assisting in managing and controlling both Glamco and maintenance equipment and spares.
  • Liaising, supervising, and coordinating with contractors and vendors on projects, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs works.
  • Supporting the Technical Team in investigation, analyzing, and determining the root cause of system defects.
  • Supporting the Technical Team in providing expertise for new programs and systems.
  • Ensuring project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met.

Requirements:

Technical skills and experience in CUAS, drone systems, computer systems, communication equipment, radar or radio frequency equipment, networking, hardware, and software systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
