Systems Maintenance Expert The Role of a Systems Maintenance Specialist involves ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing L1 troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with various technologies. This entails performing periodic preventive maintenance of IT systems, including OS and security patches and updates. You will also liaise with third-party vendors or equipment suppliers to resolve problems. Work independently to identify and resolve technical issues. Assist in maintaining day and night shift schedules as required by the role. Travel to various client facilities for work assignments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks to minimize system downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to optimize system performance.
  • Analyze system logs to identify potential issues before they occur.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure system reliability.
