Job Title:
Warehouse Logistics Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Work 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) at Tuas and Saturday (8am – 12pm) at Changi Nearby.
  • Support stock-taking and general warehouse tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare shipping and freight-forwarding documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Adhere to company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in daily warehouse operations for smooth workflow.
  • Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
  • Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
  • Handle returned goods and update relevant departments.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in operating a forklift truck is an advantage.
