Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to optimize athlete performance and potential.
  2. Lead the identification and recruitment of talented athletes, coaches, and support staff to enhance the performance of our sports programs.
  3. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the overall high-performance sports ecosystem.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to coaches and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
  5. Implement strategies for the holistic development of athletes, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in high-performance sports.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a leadership role of at least 10 years in managing elite badminton players, with a strong track record of success.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sports science, athlete development, and performance analysis.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and trends of international badminton.
