We are seeking a talented and creative Performing Artist to join our team at BAI GONG PREMIUM CLUB PRIVATE LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform on stage in front of a live audience, bringing energy and enthusiasm to our events.
- Express emotion and present ideas through body movement, spoken language, facial expression, and action, captivating our audience.
- Attend rehearsals and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless performance.
- Work with our music director to refine the performance, ensuring a polished and engaging show.
- Arrange for musical instruments or props to arrive at gigs, ensuring a smooth and successful event.
- Interpret feedback from directors, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
- Memorize lines or musical notes, demonstrating a high level of dedication and professionalism.
- Conduct research on different dance styles and techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
- Talented and Creative – well-versed in a range of styles and able to connect with various audiences through rhythm and melody, able to adjust actions in relation to audiences' actions, resulting in attracting more customers to the club.
- Knowledgeable – able to sing many songs to entertain audiences, showcasing a wide range of musical talents.
- Communicate effectively with audiences/customers and colleagues, building strong relationships and a positive reputation.
- Dance well on the stage, bringing a high level of energy and enthusiasm to our performances.
- Must be prepared to work during weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to our events.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to support the development of team members.
- Classical and vocal training to deliver high-quality performances.
- Tolerance and ability to work independently, making decisions and taking initiative when needed.
- Performing arts experience, with a strong background in music, dance, or theatre.
- Publicity and promotion skills to help raise the profile of our events and attract new customers.
- Ability to train new employees and provide guidance and support.
- Customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and build strong relationships with our audience.
