Job Title: Clinical Governance and Quality Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support the functions of our Clinical Governance and Quality department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in data management and analytics, hospital policies and processes, and secretariat support for committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for overseeing the Portal for Risk Identification and Safety Management (PRISM) system, including incident screening and system administration functions.
  2. Facilitate data requests from internal and external stakeholders, monitor clinical quality and patient safety indicators, and prepare internal and external submissions.
  3. Use Statistical Process Control methodology to identify trends and variations in clinical quality and patient safety data and indicators.
  4. Design and implement automated dashboards and reports for departmental and hospital-wide users.
  5. Assist with data preparation and statistical analysis in clinical quality and patient safety related activities.
  6. Provide secretariat support for Non-pharmacological Intervention Committee.
  7. Support department work related to hospital accreditation and audits.
Requirements:
  • A degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in statistical software such as SPSS and SAS is required.
