Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for fine-tuning and commissioning automation machines.

  • Maintain and update process documentation records for efficient operations.
  • Optimize assembly processes to meet stringent safety and productivity requirements.
  • Ensure that all processes adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Promote quality improvement projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering fields, with at least one year of experience in engineering or automation. Proficiency in SolidWorks is required, as well as strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary for success in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments and levels. Weekend and shift work may be required depending on business needs.
