Job Description- We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Executive to perform various aspects of front office operations.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of service throughout the entire guest journey.
To ensure that service quality is aligned to brand standards and LQA guidelines, you will:
- Ensure all loyalty program benefits are observed and enroll new loyalty members as required.
- Welcome all guests, promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities, and provide directions and suggestions to the surrounding areas.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, confirm mode of payment, and collect required deposits.
- Manage and assist guests with any enquiries that may arise.
- Process all guest check-outs by confirming invoice balance, payment mode, and feedback on stay.
- Diploma from a reputable hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience or in customer service.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a second language.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, understand and address guests' needs, create a cohesive team environment, and work well under pressure.
- Good computer and property management system skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Self-motivated and show good initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
