Job Title:
Event Service Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Service Associate to join our team. As an Event Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, including setup, service, and cleanup. You will work closely with event coordinators, chefs, and other staff members to ensure that every detail is taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and service for breakfast/lunch/dinner events
- Prepare equipment and materials for events
- Conduct canapé and cocktail services
- Brew coffee using manual and machine methods
- Acquire basic F&B knowledge and understand food and beverage requirements
- Read and understand F&B requirement from BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
- Conduct effective operations briefings for casual staff (up to 10 people)
- Possess knowledge and align with MBS compliance

Requirements:
- Secondary education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization
- Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity
- Ability to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures
- Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests
- Ability to adapt to different working environments, staff, guests, and opportunities
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Able to work standing up for 8 hours
