As a key member of the Operations team, you will provide technical support and expertise to ensure efficient operation, plant availability, reliability, and optimization. Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality technical support, driving equipment reliability, and maximizing equipment utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Review and analyze technical documents to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, business improvement, safety, and procurement teams to coordinate improvement projects and vendor selection.">
  • Review risk analysis on plant and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize risks.">
  • Develop and implement processes for asset integrity management systems to ensure long-term equipment reliability.">
  • Provide discipline engineering support to resolve issues that require expertise beyond the plant level, liaising with OEMs/vendors for problem-solving.">
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to formulate strategies for plant integrity and inspection.">
  • Verify cross-functional integrity audit findings and recommend corrective/preventive measures.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.">
  • Experience in handling projects will be an advantage.">
  • Knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and condition-based maintenance.">
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.">
  • Proactive attitude towards keeping up with new technologies and finding solutions to optimize plant operations.">
  • Independent individual with resourceful and positive attitude.">
  • Good team player able to deliver results within tight deadlines.">
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.">
  • Comfortable working 12-hour rotating (day/night) shifts.">
