Assistant Director/Senior Manager, NLB Academy

About the Role

The National Library Board (NLB) is a key driver of literacy and learning in Singapore. As a key player in this ecosystem, we are committed to nurturing readers for life, learning communities, and a knowledgeable nation.

We strive to make reading, learning, and history accessible to all through our network of 28 libraries across Singapore, the National Library, and the National Archives of Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for education and community development.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Director in driving the growth and development of the new NLB Academy.

This position requires close collaboration with the Director to ensure the effective implementation of strategic initiatives and the overall success of the NLB Academy.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize strategic plans and execute business development efforts for the NLB Academy.
  2. Perform the role of a subject matter expert in educational programming and delivery.
