Job Overview

A leading brand is seeking a skilled professional to assemble custom creative teams, delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Curate and attract top-tier creative professionals for full-time and part-time roles across various disciplines.
    • Build and maintain a robust network of creative talent to address diverse client needs.
    • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
    • Adapt to fill in wherever needed to address client requirements.
    • Manage contractual staffing needs to ensure clients have access to the right talent for project-based work.
  • Client Servicing:
    • Provide comprehensive client servicing as the dedicated point of contact, encompassing relationship building and expert recruitment guidance.
    • Ensure successful and timely talent placements by managing each hiring initiative.
  • Contracts and Billing:
    • Collaborate with the accounts team to manage legal paperwork related to contracts and Master Service Agreements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in creative and marketing fields.
  • Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising agency workflows, account management, and creative disciplines like graphic design, UI/UX design, and 2D/3D animation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
