Senior Property Supervisor Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our estate.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily estate operations and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and manage defect reporting processes.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and MCST to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including BMSMA and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, quotations, and logs.
  • Respond promptly to resident queries and feedback.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for AGMs/EGMs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Real Estate Management or Facilities Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in property management or a related field.
