At TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing routine preventive maintenance and necessary setup for site facility utilities systems, production equipment, automation systems, control systems, gases systems, etc.
In this role, you will also troubleshoot and resolve production equipment and manufacturing process problems with prioritization on equipment corrective maintenance.
You will participate in problem-solving discussions with cross-functional teams to identify and define equipment and process problems root cause, evaluate solutions, act on action plans, and continue to make improvements.
Safety is of utmost importance, and you will ensure that all GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance with data integrity requirements.
We are looking for a background in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic and experience in a manufacturing working environment.
A plus would be experience in Wire process or Laser ablation Engineering.
Possess some basic safety knowledge and understanding of 5S concept and Quality Control principles.
This position requires strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
