**Job Title:** Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to support sourcing and procurement activities across the organization. This role involves vendor management, contract negotiation, compliance, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage sourcing activities for assigned products and services, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures to uphold governance and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage vendor relationships and leverage contracts group-wide for cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and align their initiatives with internal programs.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and monitor global service level agreements and vendor performance metrics.
  • Support contract negotiations and agreement finalization with vendors.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and trends.
  • Track and report cost savings and generate procurement reports for management.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Category Lead or Head of Department.

  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Benchmarking: Analyze market trends and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
