We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth within the ASEAN Market. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key decision makers, identifying opportunities, and developing compelling solutions that meet their business needs.

You will work closely with our Sales Development team to identify and prioritize leads from marketing initiatives, craft personalized outreach campaigns, and devise strategies to qualify opportunities. Your goal is to unlock new sales prospects by demonstrating how Databricks can address clients' data-related challenges.

This role requires a strong understanding of value-based selling, big data, and AI concepts, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be expected to build on your existing technical knowledge, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and continually learn and adapt to new developments in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries
  • Proficiency in comprehending technical concepts, coupled with genuine enthusiasm for technology
  • Determination and courage to excel and contribute to the growth of a leading enterprise software company
  • Demonstrated history of consistent, quantifiable achievements in previous roles
  • Curiosity and eagerness to continually learn and stay abreast of developments in the big data/AI sector
