Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the field of tobacco regulation.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and coach staff to foster excellence, innovation, and improved competencies.
  • Manage and supervise outsourced contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Develop and execute proactive enforcement strategies and initiatives to enhance compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics and statistics to identify, track, and monitor cases.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and appeals arising from enforcement actions within service standards.
  • Provide support in law enforcement-related tasks, where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in the area of enforcement, contractor management, and supervision.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Good command of written and spoken English language.
