Job Title: Enterprise Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned regulatory compliance expert to join our team as an Enterprise Compliance Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our organization remains compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.

This position is ideal for individuals who have expertise in translating complex business requirements into actionable specifications and user stories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality regulatory reporting solutions that drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to validate data integrity and completeness across various regulatory reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Additionally, you will monitor reporting performance and accuracy, supporting audits and regulatory inspections as required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications and user stories.
  • Validate data integrity and completeness across various regulatory reports.
  • Monitor reporting performance and accuracy, supporting audits and regulatory inspections as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with expertise in regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial services products and services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory regimes (e.g., Basel III, MAS 610/649, SFTR).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with regulatory reporting platforms.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are a plus.
