Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs of mobility equipment, ensuring that equipment meets required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of mobility equipment issues.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment meets required standards.
- Keep track of equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Maintain repair logs and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance of building facilities and systems.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Handle and manage technical issues and troubleshoot/rectify problems on site.
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure they deliver their services.
- Maintain and update maintenance records and documentations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Supervisor.
Requirements:
- ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience in medical mobile equipment (wheelchair, shower trolley & hospital bed etc) and M&E work is required.
- Experience in mobility equipment maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude and team-spirit, very hands-on.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in M&E building facilities maintenance & medical mobile equipment.
