Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a talented ERP Process/ Master Data Specialist to join its Supply Chain team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the MRP and Production Scheduling team in planning and execution using your SAP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, create, and modify SAP Material Master Data to ensure integrity and governance for all MM views.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of SAP Bill of Materials, Resources, Recipes, and Production Version for Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods, and Services.
  • Liaise with IT teams to resolve SAP MM/PP system configuration issues and troubleshoot.
  • Support users with regular Master Data maintenance and upload to ensure data integrity.
  • Own the update of Raw Material Specifications and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Chain planning policies, procedures, and ethics guidelines.
  • Participate in Kaizen/Hoshin events to improve business processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Chemical Engineering, or CPIM.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems, with a focus on maintenance, creation, and modification of codes and functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to self-check for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
