Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Specialist to join our team at GSK. As a Business Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the site master data creation and maintenance, ensuring a stable and consistent use of SAP following GSK Vaccine standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of SAP master data based on input from Local Business Owners of various functions.
  • Understand inter-dependencies among the various SAP modules to manage the cause and effects.
  • Responsible for the harmonization of good quality SAP master data; instil a good level of master data knowledge in Local Business Owners.
  • Participate in relevant SAP Master Data Forum.
  • Identify continuous improvement/best practices opportunities.
  • Conduct relevant training on master data related matters.
  • Assist the Business Process Manager in providing site SAP system related support, including: Identify, propose and implement improvements to SAP Maintain SAP role owners Provide SAP system support Manage SAP system change (e.g. change request, testing, training) Support projects when needed with both local and global teams.
  • Work in collaboration with Quality Assurance to establish and maintain high standards of cGMP for site SAP activities in compliance with GSK and regulatory standards Ensure inspection readiness at all times Support regulatory audits/inspections Follow-up on CAPA in a timely manner.
  • Comply with appropriate safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of SAP master data and modules in manufacturing industry.
  • Able to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Proactive and results oriented to continuously develop and improve process.
  • Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability.
  • Analytical, attention to details and team player.
  • Data analytics and Power platforms knowledge are preferred.
