Senior Program Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our global service delivery team.

This key role will play a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Program Management:
  • Develop and maintain project benchmarks, frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Implement high-level ideas into actionable plans and deliver results with minimal supervision, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Strategic Analysis & Visualization:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, utilizing your analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Create compelling dashboards, charts, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
  • AI & Automation:
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements, applying your knowledge of AI tools and concepts to streamline processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and cooperation.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications across global teams, ensuring effective stakeholder management.
  • Global Teamwork:
  • Work effectively across multiple time zones and demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability, navigating complex global dynamics with ease.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, project management, finance, data analytics, or a related field. You should also have over 5 years of experience in program management, strategic analysis, or process improvement, with proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and working in a global team environment.

You should be proficient in data visualization tools, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts is a plus, as you will be working with cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth.
