
Front Desk Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service at our school.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, attend to walk-in customers and phone calls, and distribute mail and parcels efficiently.
- Collect and distribute documents from students, including surveys, identification cards, and certificates.
- Arrange bus transport for staff and accurately process invoices.
- Assist students visiting the sick bay with basic first aid and administrative tasks.
- Update student contact information in the system.
- Preferably, candidates with experience working early mornings or in similar roles are ideal.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess a GCE O Level certificate with a credit in English or equivalent qualification.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office skills and proficiency in IT systems.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Candidates should have at least two years of experience in similar services as outlined in the requirement specifications.
- Experience in MOE schools is preferred.
- Hold valid first aid certification.
