We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of the front desk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins, and resolving any issues that may arise.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Perform tasks such as room assignments, key card management, and accuracy checks on guest folios.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a reputable hotel or serviced residence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
