Studio Director Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Studio Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensuring that all classes and activities run smoothly.

  • Handle enquiries, registrations, and trial follow-ups, providing excellent customer service to parents and students.
  • Manage scheduling, daily upkeep, attendance tracking, and ensure classes and activities operate seamlessly.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, records, and reporting; support teachers and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
  • Collect fees, maintain financial records, manage inventory, and prepare documentation.
  • Organize and manage events such as showcases, concerts, exams, and competition participation.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Able to take initiative and work confidently without close supervision.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, with the ability to handle client feedback and complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, skilled in managing records, timelines, and documents accurately.
  • Clear written and verbal skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, and comfortable with digital tools.
