Programmatic Client Success Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead partnerships with brands and agencies across the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

This highly strategic position will guide clients on omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement strategies powered by one of the industry's most advanced ad management platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Serve as a consultative advisor, providing strategic guidance and expertise
  • Drive revenue growth across existing accounts through effective account management
  • Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performing team environment
  • Develop 12-month account roadmaps, deliver insight-led solutions, and ensure clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in programmatic digital media, covering account management, project management, sales, or ad operations
  • Proven leadership and people management skills; experience developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn technical knowledge into actionable marketing strategies
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong relationship builder and natural consultant with experience influencing at all levels
