Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors or cleaning services for larger maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Store Processes: Oversee store processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Requirements
