Test Technician Specialist

A highly skilled Electronics Technician is sought after to join our team in ensuring the quality of RF modules, components, and sub-systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing a range of instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc., to perform thorough testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing manual soldering and rework, including fine-pitch and small-size components (0402, QFNs, etc.), for debugging and repairs.
- Assisting engineers in prototype validation, failure analysis, and production testing.
- Maintaining and calibrating test equipment and tools.
- Recording and documenting test results accurately in internal systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement of test procedures and workflows.
- Performing other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field. A minimum of 1 year in RF testing is advantageous. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, basic knowledge of RF principles and measurement techniques, hands-on experience with manual soldering, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential.
