About the Role

The Finance Operations Expert will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by overseeing financial operations, including accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. You will also ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax, and audit requirements
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business performance and growth plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification is ideal
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including prior experience in healthcare, retail, or a fast-paced multi-entity environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax compliance
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and able to work independently
