Finance Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Management Expert to lead our finance team and drive strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation.


Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. They will also prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets, and perform variance analysis between actual results and projections.


Furthermore, the Finance Management Expert will manage the end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. They will analyse financial data and provide strategic insights to support key business decisions.


Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. They will lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


The successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations. They will prepare and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CPA, CA or equivalent) with 8+ years' post-qualification experience. They will possess extensive experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation.


They will have a proven track record of driving strategic financial initiatives and delivering tangible business impact. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, are essential.


Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team, are also required.
