Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Geospatial Professional to join our team at WEE POH CONSTRUCTION CO. (PTE.) LTD. This role will involve providing expert surveying services for various construction projects.

Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys on site, verifying accuracy of data collected, and computing geodetic measurements. They will also need to prepare and submit pre and post-construction drawings.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology. At least 3 years' experience in building surveying is required, with knowledge in pre-cast installation and verticality control being an advantage. Experience in high-rise building construction is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys on site to ensure accurate data collection
- Verify accuracy of survey work and data collected
- Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes, and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features
- Prepare and submit pre and post-construction drawings

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

- At least 3 years' experience in building surveying
