Job Title: Compliance and Risk Officer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our compliance and risk management efforts. As Compliance and Risk Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all business activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and ensure that our company is compliant with all new requirements.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in the leasing, finance, or banking industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
