About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration and relationships with department managers.

  • Maintain open communication channels with department managers to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance.

  • Monitor product samples to ensure optimal utility at competitive prices.

  • Collaborate with departments such as food & beverage, housekeeping, engineering, kitchen, and others to ensure accurate information exchange.

  • Prepare timely reports, adhering to company standards and meeting required deadlines.

  • Maintain organized financial files to ensure compliance with hotel policies and local laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as experience working with suppliers and vendors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement or related field.
