Procurement Excellence Manager

The Procurement Excellence Manager will support the project team in sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and services. This role involves applying and maintaining group procurement policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and strike a balance between governance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team in sourcing and purchasing equipment, materials, and services.
  • Apply and maintain group procurement policies and procedures, ensuring they remain current and strike a balance between governance and efficiency.
  • Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented to support internal and external audits.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to address performance and supply issues proactively.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that enhance value across the functional area.
  • Review procurement activities to meet audit requirements and minimize operational risks.
  • Identify potential pitfalls in procurement processes and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve productivity while maintaining governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, team management, and cost-saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to speak and write in English and Chinese.
