Senior Data Standards and Information Engineer

This role is instrumental in developing a comprehensive understanding of railway assets, including their performance and condition, to support asset management functions.
- The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Rail Asset Data Management system with various systems across the rail network.
The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring data quality requirements are met and operationalized for the Rail Asset Data Management. Key responsibilities include defining data quality standards, monitoring data quality metrics, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high levels of data integrity and reliability within the framework.
- Data quality assurance techniques such as data cleansing, validation, and enrichment will be implemented to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Strong communication skills are required to work closely with stakeholders and define data quality standards that meet the needs of the business.
