Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to join our team at APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. as a key member of our project governance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the SteerCo, OpCo decks, and take notes and send out weekly updates to ensure effective program governance.
  • Manage strategy decks for China COO, regional stakeholders, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage hiring status across the project to ensure timely and effective resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts and purchase orders across the project to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Reconcile actuals vs planned/forecasted costs in Clarity and cost tracker to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Update Clarity Program Governance Information, including status reports and RAID logs, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with application workstream PMs to create and maintain JIRA structure and dashboards to ensure effective project tracking and monitoring.
Required Skills
  • Forecasting and budgeting skills to ensure accurate financial planning and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, to ensure effective communication and reporting.
  • Team handling and vendor management skills to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Financial management and resource management skills to ensure effective project governance and resource allocation.
  • Strategy and program management skills to ensure effective program planning and execution.
