Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Henderson Security Services Pte. Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our allocated contract sites and staff. You will provide the highest quality service to employees and clients while ensuring all site requirements are met according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to conduct investigations and prepare After Action Reports (AAR) of incidents submitted by the security team.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all site requirements are met according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD requirements. This includes ensuring 100% compliance of security personnel deployed to contractual headcount, turnout, bearing, discipline, licensing conditions, and code of conduct. Additionally, you will be responsible for the prompt distribution of site officers' welfare items, stationeries, equipment, and memos.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all leave application forms, hardcopy or electronically, with MCs or any other letters such as resignation, are being followed up and delivered to HQ. Furthermore, you will need to ensure monthly reports for all sites are being delivered to clients and documents submitted for billings. Submission of weekly roster for all sites allocated is also a key responsibility. Overall, you will be in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel redeployment to the sites preventing shortfalls. Conducting OJT training for new hires and conducting refresher on SOP is also part of your duties. You will handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline. Planning and scheduling training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirements is also a crucial task. Additionally, you will plan and conduct periodic exercises, minimum 1 Exercise Drill/TTX per site to ensure the vigilance and operational capabilities of security personnel. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned will also be your responsibility.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree qualification from reputable institutions.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and prepare AAR of incidents submitted by the security team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
