Job Title: Visionary Spatial Designer

You will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of clients. Your expertise in computer-aided design and traditional drawing methods will enable you to create high-quality design proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine project requirements by meeting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze how design aspects affect performance and functional issues.
  • Coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
  • Assist in contract administration and project certifications.
  • Obtain feedback on work-in-progress and finished results from clients.
  • Conduct site inspections during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents.
  • Lead a team of junior designers.

Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with architectural details and working drawings.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, zoning laws, and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with computer 3D and presentation programs such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
