Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Temporary Operations Executive to support our operations at Tuas and Woodlands Checkpoints. This is a 12-month contract position, and the successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Members of Public (MoPs) with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) /Special Assistance Lanes (SAL)/QR Code submission.
  • Support bus travellers on the use of automated gates.
  • Maintain traffic management at train checkpoints and bus halls.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma / 'A' level / 'O' level / NITEC qualification.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with members of the public.
  3. For inventory roles: proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail in record keeping.
  4. Physically fit to handle the scope of work (includes standing/walking during shifts).
  5. Team player with a positive working attitude.
