- Manage office supplies, correspondence, filing, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Maintain proper records of contracts, company documents, and HR files
Accounting Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
- Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and petty cash
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and year-end closing
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in office administration and accounting roles
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
