Programme Administrator Role

Job Description:

  • This position is responsible for overseeing contract programmes in the education sector.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum diploma qualification and experience in managing funded programmes, with strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Fund Management: Process, record and validate learner registration and invoicing on programmes and events.
  2. Financial Claims: Process, record, monitor and validate claims and SFC funding from SSG on funded programmes.
  3. Career Advisory and Employment Facilitation: Support administrative tasks and coordinate career advisory and employment facilitation processes with coaches, employers, platforms and partners.
  4. Event Planning and Resource Coordination: Assist in planning, oversee coordination and monitoring of logistics and resources during training delivery.
  5. Customer Liaison: Communicate and liaise with customers, faculty, vendors, internal stakeholders and partners to resolve operational and service matters.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to fulfill contracts, including filing, data-entry, collation of evaluation reports and assessment records.
  7. Mandatory Training: Attend all mandatory training as required by company policies.
  8. Team Meetings: Attend departmental and team meetings as required.
  9. Adhoc Duties: Fulfill other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • • Minimum Diploma holder with knowledge of funded programme management.
  • • Analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • • IT literacy and Microsoft Office.
