Data Centre Electrical Engineering Leader

The Associate Director of Electrical Engineering leads the development and implementation of electrical engineering practices and data centre (DC) in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Electrical Engineering practices and DC development, reporting to the Chief Development and Engineering Officer.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants on concept design, detailed design, procurement, bidding, SAT, delivery, and installation.
- Update and maintain internal design specifications, drawings, and standards with the latest configurations and lessons learned.
- Liaise with business units and external customers to translate technical requirements into executable implementation plans.
- Possess knowledge of Building Management System/DCIM; understand system architecture and point schedules.
- Evaluate design, construction, and operation of mission-critical facilities and associated MEP components.
- Participate in and review Data Center MEP design and other necessary disciplines for new data center builds and data hall fit-outs.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience, with 5 years in people management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant data centre experience involving DC development and engineering works.
This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
