Job Title: Global IT Infrastructure Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT infrastructure leader to oversee our global IT operations, ensuring robust security compliance and strategic planning.
This role requires a strong technical background, with expertise in managing complex IT environments across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee global IT infrastructure operations, including data centers, cloud platforms, network systems, and endpoint devices.
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure strategies to support business growth and digital transformation across international offices.
- Manage global teams and coordinate with regional IT leads to ensure consistent service delivery and infrastructure standards.
- Develop and enforce global IT policies, including security protocols, compliance measures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Drive infrastructure modernization projects, including cloud migration, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support, IT leadership, system administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for monitoring and managing systems.
