Senior Management Position About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a strategic advisor to our commercial leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through rigorous financial analysis and performance optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to VP – Commercial Partnerships – Logistics – APAC and commercial leaders on partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • As a subject matter expert, the candidate will provide primary finance contact for country teams on all commercial partnership matters, including translating commercial objectives into financial frameworks.
  • The chosen individual will lead the financial execution of partnership agreements across APAC, designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the accounting and administration of commercial partnerships.
  • They will also train local Finance/Admin teams on commercial teams, pricing, invoicing processes, and payment flows, ensuring seamless execution.
  • A key aspect of this role is ensuring the financial benefits and savings identified during partnership formation are tracked, measured, and realized.
  • The candidate will analyze regional and partner-level performance to identify variances, opportunities, and improvement areas, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • They will develop and deliver reports across total commercial partnership revenue, gross margin, volume, and revenue, as well as customer-facing financial reports.
  • This position requires the ability to provide regional leadership with insights and recommendations on improving the financial outcomes of partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will also provide support to the Finance Team in preparing quarterly forecasts and budgeting, assisting in managing working capital, including receivables, payables, and cash flow optimization for commercial partnerships.
