Loan Origination and Syndication (Loan Transactor)

As a key member of the OCBC team, you will play a crucial role in originating, executing, and distributing syndicated loans transactions across our global footprint. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with senior team members to identify and capitalize on financing opportunities for our clients.

  • Develop and execute financing proposals, including cash flow analysis, termsheets, and underwriting approvals, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with relationship teams to understand client requirements and identify potential financing opportunities.
  • Coordinate transactions with other Mandated Lead Arrangers and Banks/NBFIs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present information packages, including financial modeling, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle documentation and communication with internal and external counsel to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support agency business and provide periodic market updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of corporate banking/credit-related experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent presentation and marketing skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and credit analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
