We are seeking a skilled Algorithm Engineer to join our team.

The Opportunity:

Our organization is looking for an individual who can design, optimize, and deploy high-performance algorithms for our product. This engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and tackle problems in real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a long-term strategy aligned with our company vision, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Design efficient algorithms for risk modeling.
  • Write robust, low-latency C++ code (C++17/20) for mission-critical systems.
  • Profile, debug, and optimize algorithms for speed/memory efficiency on CPU.
  • Explore novel approaches to solve open-ended problems.
  • Implement unit/benchmark tests; ensure correctness under edge cases.
  • Work with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate algorithms into production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of modern C++ development (C++11/14/17) in production environments.
  • Expertise in algorithm design and complexity analysis.
  • Proficiency with data structures and memory management.
  • Experience with multithreading and low-latency systems.
  • Strong mathematical foundation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with performance tools.
  • Domain Knowledge: Fintech, Gaming, HPC/Embedded.
  • Tools: Git, CMake, CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
