Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

This is a key leadership role that oversees the financial functions of our organization, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate long-term financial strategies and establish yearly objectives for the team.
  • Develop and oversee the entire financial function, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Regulate accounting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate annual audit process and manage relationships with regulators.
  • Lead IPO project and provide value-driven strategic leadership as a member of the management team.
  • Liaise with financial partners in Asia and demonstrate a spirit of trust and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting management is essential.
  • Overseas experience, particularly in Asian markets.
  • Prior experience working as an Audit Senior or above in Big four audit firms.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams.
  • Excellent business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels.
  • Able to thrive well in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent command of both written and verbal English is essential. Additional language skills are advantageous.
